Today has been quite a delight.

I recovered from my cold about two days ago and now I only have "sniffles" so it's not too bad now, at least I don't have headaches or crazy dreams and bad sleeping patterns. Anyway, back to today, I woke up and had a shower then Matt gave me 40 Year Old Virgin back after I lent it to him a few days ago, I still haven't seen it though and I can't see when i'm actually going to bother. I asked him if I could borrow his Playstation so that I could play Gran Turismo 4 again after i've given up all hope of it ever working again on my console. He happily agreed as long as he could watch me race, he says that he can't play the game so he prefers to watch me play it. Anyway, I bought a few cars and spent lots of money on them, for instance, he forced me to buy a Fiat Panda and completely upgrade it so that he could use it. He stopped after about 5 minutes on Tsukuba. I stopped playing at about 7:50 because me, Matt and Dave were going to the pub to watch the Watford vs. Southampton game which was being shown on Sky Sports 1. However, when we got there we discovered that they were showing the FA Cup match between Manchester City and West Ham even though it was on BBC1. I thought that because it was on terrestrial channels they would be showing Sky but apparently not. So we stayed for a pint and then wandered home via the little shop where I bought two packs of sour Skittles which cost a rather substantial 90p. We came back here where me and Matt watched the second half of the match in my room where I learned that we (Watford) had won the game against Southampton 3-1 which put us third in the table only 3 points behind Sheffield United who are second. If we get ahead of them then we are assured of promotion into the Premier League, however, if we finish from position 3-6 we go into the play offs so we still have a chance.
The match finished just in time for Prison Break to start which was delightful as ever and this time there has actually been a considerable cliff hanger left at the end of the episode so i'm even more excited about watching next weeks episode. Then me and Dave played some pro evo which I won 2-1 but then lost 3-2 with the appalling defence of Real Madrid, but then I beat him 2-0 with Arsenal. Now i'm back here watching the Commonwealth Games again because they're always on when nothing else is on, it's a good idea, put something decent on when nothing else is on and you're guarenteed viewers. Well, i'll watch it at least.
Jordan just arrived back after being in Germany for a rugby tour since last week sometime. Only 3 people in the squad knew where they were going, the rest only found out when they got on the coach which I thought would be quite funny. He seemed very tired though so I expect i'll talk to him more about it in the morning.
